Fresh strawberries pair with graham crackers, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and light cream cheese to create these delicious strawberry cheesecake overnight oats. They have a creamy texture and a sweet flavor, reminiscent of dessert while being packed with fiber and protein to keep you satisfied throughout the day. These overnight oats are perfect for a healthy breakfast and can be made in just ten minutes, making them an ideal meal-prep option!
Ingredients
- •1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- •1 cup milk (of choice)
- •1 tbsp light cream cheese
- •1 tsp honey (or maple syrup, optional)
- •1 cup rolled oats (not quick oats)
- •2 tsp chia seeds
- •1 piece graham cracker (crumbled, gluten-free if needed)
- •6 medium strawberries (chopped & divided)
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients except for strawberries until well-combined.
