
Easy One-Pot Ramen Stir Fry: Quick, Satisfying Comfort Food

Ingredients
- •2 packages instant ramen noodles (discard or save half the seasoning packets)
- •1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or any neutral oil like canola or avocado)
- •1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (no need to thaw)
- •2 cloves garlic (minced or use 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- •1 tablespoon soy sauce (low-sodium is fine)
- •1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- •1 teaspoon sesame oil (adds a toasty, nutty flavor)
- •1 4 cup water (from the tap, used to steam the noodles)
- •1 unit green onion (sliced for garnish)
- •1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Crush the ramen noodles. Set the seasoning packets aside.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds until it shimmers.
