Enhanced with red onions, cheese, crispy bacon, and dried cranberries, it's a refreshing and hearty salad that can be prepared a day in advance. Ingredients
- •6 cups Broccoli Florets
- •0.5 cup Finely Diced Red Onion or a large Shallot
- •1 cup Crumbled Bacon
- •1 cup Dried Cranberries
- •1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (hand-grated preferred)

- •0.25 cup Sugar
- •1 cup Mayonnaise (preferably Duke's)
- •1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
