
Creamy Cucumber Salad

This Creamy Cucumber Salad is a cool and refreshing dish featuring garden-fresh cucumbers, onions, and a creamy dressing made with sour cream, vinegar, and dill. The flavors are creamy and tart, making it an ideal accompaniment to summer cookouts or light dinners. It's perfect to serve alongside grilled meats or by itself as a delightful salad.
Ingredients
- •3 pounds cucumbers (peeled and sliced)
- •1 small yellow onion (chopped fine)
- •18 ounces light sour cream
- •0.75 cup white distilled vinegar
- •1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- •1 teaspoon dried dill weed (or 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill)

Peel and slice the cucumbers, then set them aside.
