This Cowboy Butter Chicken Spaghetti features buttery chicken and a creamy three-cheese sauce, making it the ultimate comfort food for family dinners or cozy nights in. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.
Once hot, add the diced chicken and season with cowboy butter seasoning.
Sauté until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the butter.
Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir constantly.
Gradually mix in the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
