
Better Than Takeout Crockpot Beef and Broccoli: Easy Weeknight Comfort Food

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs flank steak (thinly sliced against the grain)
- •1 cup beef broth
- •0.5 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- •0.33 cup brown sugar (packed)
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •3 cloves garlic (minced)
- •1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- •0.25 cup cornstarch
- •0.25 cup cold water
- •2 cups fresh broccoli florets (2-3 cups)

Place the thinly sliced beef into the bottom of your slow cooker.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and stir gently to ensure all the meat is coated.
