
Pecan Apple Crumble

This pecan apple crumble is an easy and delightful dessert that is perfect for serving a crowd. Ingredients
- •100 g unsalted butter (cold and cut in cubes)
- •130 g all purpose flour
- •150 g brown sugar
- •1 tsp salt
- •100 g chopped pecans (not toasted, or swap for oats)
- •6 Pink Lady apples (or Royal Gala or Fuji)
- •200 g brown sugar
- •1 tsp ground cinnamon
- •1 tsp salt
- •100 g unsalted butter (melted)
- •4 tbsp all purpose flour

Put everything for the crumble in a bowl and mix.

Pinch the butter cubes with your fingers along with the other ingredients until there are no large bits of butter left.

Peel, core and cut the apples into 5mm cubes.

Mix the apples with the rest of the filling ingredients and place them in individual ramekins or in a large baking dish.
