
Homemade Baked Mac and Cheese

This baked mac and cheese is a comforting dish perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners. With creamy textures from the melted Cheddar cheese and a hint of spice from ground red and black pepper, it offers a delightful flavor that elevates the traditional boxed version. Ingredients

- •2 tablespoons flour
- •2 tablespoons butter

- •2 cups milk
- •0.25 teaspoon ground red pepper

- •1 block Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Instructions

Cook the elbow macaroni according to the packaging instructions.
