Ingredients
- •3.5 pounds country style ribs (3.5 - 4 pounds)
- •0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
- •0.75 cup cold water
- •1 teaspoon garlic powder
- •1 teaspoon onion powder
- •0.25 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- •2 tablespoons regular soy sauce (or ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt)
- •2 tablespoons brown sugar (or honey (optional))
- •ground black pepper (to taste)
- •0.5 cup BBQ sauce (½ cup - 1 cup to taste)
Instructions

Add garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
