Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a delightful combination of crispy, tender salmon pieces coated in a creamy, sweet-spicy bang bang sauce. Perfect for appetizers, family dinners, or entertaining guests, these bites deliver a satisfying crunch and an explosion of flavor. With minimal prep time and straightforward cooking methods, this dish is both easy to make and versatile. Enjoy them on their own, in sushi rolls, or as a filling for tacos to impress everyone at your table.
Cut the salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes.
Toss the cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
To cook the salmon, choose one of the following methods: For the skillet method, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned salmon cubes, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
For the baking method, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
For the air frying method, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook the salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
Once cooked, either toss or drizzle the salmon bites with your prepared bang bang sauce.
Garnish as desired before serving.
