Ingredients

- •100 g all purpose flour
- •1 zest from lemon
- •0.5 tsp baking powder
- •0.25 tsp salt
- •30 g melted unsalted butter
- •1 egg
- •1 tbsp lemon juice
- •150 g icing sugar (for crinkle effect)
Instructions

Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar using a whisk.
