These Greek chicken meatballs are tender and packed with flavor from fresh herbs and creamy feta cheese. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, they can be served with a Greek salad, in wraps, or alongside rice and roasted potatoes. The combination of ground chicken, aromatic herbs, and tangy feta creates a satisfying dish that's easy to customize for your taste. Whether baked or fried, these meatballs make a delicious meal for any occasion.
Finely chop the fresh dill and parsley.
Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
Mince the garlic cloves.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk.
Gently mix until slightly combined.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, dill, parsley, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Wet your hands slightly and form the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a thin layer of olive oil.
Fry the meatballs in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Alternatively, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs on a prepared baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
